Your experience in therapy is uniquely yours. You may come in for coaching on certain life goals. You might come in looking for deeper, ongoing work to treat primary wounds that create anxiety, depression or trauma.  

With all new clients, I prefer weekly sessions. Any less frequently and it’s hard to build the necessary momentum for sustained change. Of course, we can create a customized plan to support your schedule if necessary. 

I do not accept insurance, but I provide you with a weekly statement (“superbill”) to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
