Jaclyn Udell, ACSW
Jaclyn Udell is an Associate Clinical Social Worker. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in Chinese Literature and International Relations before continuing her graduate studies at Tulane University’s School of Social Work. Most recently, Jaclyn has facilitated group retreats in the Netherlands.
Jaclyn’s psychotherapeutic style is a fusion combining her training in altered states of consciousness, her passion for linguistics, and specifically the use of metaphors as a window into the psyche, and her study of triple loop learning as a transformational technique in psychotherapeutic collaboration.

Emily Holland, LCSW
Emily Holland is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in San Diego, California. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from California State University San Marcos. Emily has worked with children and families as a Medical Social Worker and in private practice supporting adults.
She specializes in working with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Her therapeutic approach centers on holding space for deep processing, creating a supportive environment where clients can explore and identify their barriers. As a mother of two, she brings understanding of the complexities of parenthood and family dynamics to her practice. Additionally, Emily has extensive experience working with the military population and their loved ones, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.

Yoni Klein, AMFT

His work with adults, couples, and teens draws from a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy. He strives to create a safe space where clients can explore relationship dynamics, grief, trauma, career challenges, and life transitions. He has a deep commitment to supporting clients on their journey toward greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth through traditional psychotherapy as well as assisted therapy.

Yan Katz, APCC
Yan Katz specializes in trauma healing, mood disorders, burnout, and helping high achievers find true fulfillment. Driven by a passion for purpose and connection, he pursued his calling in psychotherapy to support clients in overcoming personal and professional challenges.
With a Master's in Clinical Counseling, he provides a holistic, trauma-informed approach-- integration of existential, psychodynamic, psychodrama, somatic, Gestalt, and inner child modalities. Informed by two decades of deep inner work, he offers empathetic and insightful guidance. He has a strengthened ability to foster authentic connections, and with his practice being enriched by a vibrant perspective, he is well-equipped to empower clients facing traumas, stress, or a lack of purpose to achieve lasting fulfillment.

About Our Founder

MEET LAUREN!
Lauren Taus graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College at Columbia University with a BA in Religion before completing her Masters in Social Work at NYU. She focuses on the matrices that hold individuals, rejecting mainstream efforts to pathologize people as if their symptoms could be isolated from their environments.
She is a licensed clinical therapist in both New York and California. Lauren feels honored to partner with plant and compound allies in her work, but will always hold loving relationships as the most important medicine, and the only one we all really need.
Lauren's biggest prayer is to wake people up to the magic of life and what they're part of. She understands that the highest from of personal healing contributes to collective liberation. She feels particularly excited to share her work publicly. Lauren is a frequent contributor on stages and her work has also been featured in magazines such as Double Blind, New York Magazine, Chacruna, the Guardian, and Forbes.
Lauren, with her goal of integrating modern science and ancient wisdom to support personal transformation and much needed systemic change, started Inbodied Life - a private psychotherapy practice which eventually blossomed into a group practice that is also a platform for educations through in-person, experiential trainings, and retreats.
