My approach is individualized. I meet you where you are, and offer you an individualized treatment plan based on my education and trainings. My toolkit includes psychodynamic and insight oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems work, stress management, mindfulness, somatic techniques and ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
I strongly believe in the wisdom of the body, and I will work with you to create a kind, inner dialogue and a peaceful internal environment. Together, we will deepen the relationship that exists between mind and body so that they’re in supportive, collaboration.
When there’s interest, I integrate somatic therapy, therapeutic yoga and ketamine assisted psychotherapy in conjunction with talk therapy to help you tune in and process memories, experiences and emotions. These alternative interventions accelorate the transformational healing processes.
In everything that I do, my style is compassionate, warm, non-judgmental and direct. I’m full of energy, life, excitement and awe, but I am not afraid of the darkness. I offer safe space for you to explore your mind and breakthrough any barriers or traumas that are holding you back from living your highest expression.
