Psychedelic Integration:

Perinatal Mental Health:

Perinatal mental health focuses on emotional and psychological well-being across fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. It addresses concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood changes related to hormonal shifts, life transitions, and reproductive challenges.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) :

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy integrates the use of ketamine with structured therapeutic support to help individuals access deeper insight, emotional processing, and relief from treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma. Sessions are carefully guided to promote safety, integration, and lasting change.

Maternal or Matrescence Mental Health:

Maternal mental health supports individuals navigating the emotional complexity of fertility, pregnancy and motherhood, including identity shifts, role transitions, and changes in self-concept. Care may include healing from trauma related to birth experiences, infertility, miscarriage, or loss, as well as treatment for postpartum and postnatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Trauma Healing:

Mood disorders:

Burnout:
